Put ideas for names here, anything from planets and system to ships and ship classes. For ship names, note that the Myrean prefix is MMS and the Ryanese prefix is RAS.

Isn't he just so specific?
AleKs, I have no idea what you're on about.

Like a tax collector ship, and it finds planets to mine and supply energy to other planets.

That's one of my pet hates about you. Your posts are so commonly undefined. Doesn't matter. Why not the Heart of Gold? I've seen so many other names out of HHGTTG, why not that. I'd love to help, but I'm busy hoarding my own, plus working on my new website.

Seeing as I'm an engineer (Veritas), I figured I'd do the engine description:
FTL: Hyperlight Drive. One Hyperlight = 10c. Ships have their own speed limit (but no ship should ever go below 1 hyperlight with this drive). (Example: An Aisha-class ship might have a limit of 500 hyperlight, or 5000 times the speed of light...)
STL: Fusion Drive. Speed measured in Megameters/second. Most fusion drives have a top recommended speed of 60 Mm/S, but can sometimes be pushed as high as 75 Mm/S. (Light travels at 300 Mm/S)
Thoughts?

Haha! That's so funny! I already named the "hyperlight" drives FTL drives! I already said I'd come up with techno-babble for you, and I meant it. Engines have already been done. You have 10 speeds of sub-light and (so far) 3 speeds of equal increment for FTL. I never knew about megamatres... interesting. Ah well, as I sai the speeds have already been made.

FTL simply means Faster-than-Light... It was just a reiteration... Now I have to rewrite my next segment... oh well...

Sorry. I really will try to get everything up as fast as I can to avoid that sort of thing as much as possible.
